The shape of MAM Preemie Size 2 pacifiers is designed to ensure good positioning of the jaws during sucking to allow their proper growth. Ensure proper function of the tongue, thus assisting the correct development of the oral cavity. MAM Preemie Size 2 is designed to promote equilibrium of the orofacial muscles, which together with developing the correct tongue activity, stimulates proper nasal breathing and develops the nasopharyngeal airway. Ultra-soft and gentle to the skin providing maximum comfort to these vulnerable babies. To ensure sterile conditions, MAM Preemie Size 2 can be autoclaved. MAM Preemie Size 2 can be used with oral and nasal tubing, as two grooves can be easily cut in the unique soft silicone shield by clinical staff when required. MAM Preemie Size 2 is universally adaptable to different weights and shapes of babies´ mouth.
