Returns Policy Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make wrong decisions. You can choose between a refund, and exchange where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described. Exchanges are done at the expense of the customer if exchange is via post or courier.

Baby Nest are able to ship products Australia wide and have now been able to negotiate much better shipping rates with Australia Post. Baby Nest ship products Australia wide every day. We are based on the East coast of Australia, so obviously shipping to areas some distance from here can take up to a week. We do try hard to ensure you get you products as quickly as possible and if you are enquiring about the status of your order simply contact us.
